Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Johor Bahru. The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company standards, managing staff performance, and optimizing customer satisfaction. The role also involves ensuring food quality, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining inventory levels.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
