What You'll Do
As Area Sales Manager, you'll be expected to meet and exceed our business targets, and maximize profitable growth within the country. This means partnering with our customers to understand their businesses, while developing loyal, win-win relationships. It also involves working with other management teams to capitalize on business potential across territories, and taking an active role in handling key accounts.
You'll lead a team of account managers for training, developing and motivating them, both individually and as a unit. We'll measure you as much on developing your team as on achieving your targets.
We have more than 200,000 interactions with our customers every day. It's how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.
What You'll Bring
Strong commercial mindset and margin awareness (minimum 5 years experience in Sales)
B2B experience and technical/solution selling (Construction experience desirable)
Clear leadership potential (future succession readiness - Demonstrated leadership capability (formal or informal), with evidence of influencing, coaching, or leading initiatives beyond individual contribution.
Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (EPCs, consultants, procurement, technical decision makers).
Demonstrated ability to build and execute structured strategic account plans.
Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
High learning agility, self-reflection capability, and ambition for broader leadership responsibility.
