Location: Malaysia (Home-Base)
We are seeking a highly motivated Overseas Sales Manager to support our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing tender opportunities, assisting the sales team, and conducting industry and product research to support market expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities
Tender Management & Sales
Identify, track, and analyze relevant medical equipment tenders in the assigned region. Prepare and submit bidding documents, ensuring compliance with local regulatory and procurement requirements. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned region.
Market & Product Research
Conduct in-depth research on the medical equipment industry, including competitor analysis, pricing trends, and market opportunities. Gather and analyze customer needs to provide insights for business development and product positioning. Monitor industry regulations and local policies that may impact sales operations, ensuring the company remains compliant and competitive.
Customer & Partner Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, healthcare institutions, and government agencies. Provide logistical and administrative support for business meetings, trade shows, and on-site customer visits to enhance collaboration and foster long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a liaison between overseas clients and the headquarters team, facilitating smooth communication and coordination. Ensure alignment between regional activities and corporate strategies, while addressing any operational challenges to support the companys overall objectives.
