4 days in office, 1 day work from home

Job Summary

The Creative Lead is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and executing strong creative ideas across campaigns and projects. This role leads the creative direction, ensures brand consistency, and works closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, error-free outputs within agreed timelines. The Creative Lead will also support the Associate Creative Director in driving creative excellence and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conceptualise, design, and execute the overall creative vision for projects and campaigns, including idea generation, concept development, and final execution.
  2. Collaborate with, manage, direct, and supervise Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Photographers, and other creative partners.
  3. Ensure all creative visuals are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines, standards, and objectives.
  4. Initiate and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate strong and innovative ideas.
  5. Assist the Associate Creative Director in ensuring projects are delivered satisfactorily, on time, and within scope.
  6. Recommend appropriate production materials, techniques, and technical specifications for proposals and executions.
  7. Supervise and approve photography, FA approvals, and execution of artworks and other production outputs.
  8. Maintain strong knowledge of clients businesses, competitors, industry trends, and market developments.
  9. Manage project timelines and assignments effectively to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
  10. Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as required by the company.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Multimedia, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 35 years of experience.
  3. Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into effective creative executions.
  4. Experience collaborating with and guiding creative team members such as Designers, Copywriters, and Photographers.
  5. Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and creative production processes.
  6. Experience or exposure in supervising photoshoots, artwork adaptations, FA approvals, and production output.
  7. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.
  9. Good communication and presentation skills.
  10. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Proficiency in relevant design and creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
