Job Description

Join our Artwork and Packaging Services team as an Artwork Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring packaging artwork changes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within agreed timelines while working closely with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

The Artwork Coordinator acts as a project manager for artwork changes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of artwork processes in line with regulatory and supply chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage artwork change projects within the Artwork Management System and align with implementation timelines
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of packaging artwork
  • Oversee artwork approval processes across regulatory, manufacturing, and business teams
  • Maintain and update artwork tracking systems and provide regular status updates
  • Identify risks and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on timelines and milestones
  • Track performance metrics and support supply chain improvements
  • Conduct team performance and governance meetings
  • Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to team members
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across artwork and packaging processes

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in a Science or Technical discipline
  • Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Project Management, Business Studies, Packaging Technology, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging artwork, logistics, or related processes
  • Experience in production or logistics planning and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and workflow or document management tools

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of artwork processes and packaging supply chain
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and cultures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tracking systems
