We are actively recruiting for multiple positions on behalf of a leading bank, seeking experienced IBM iSeries (AS/400) professionals. If you have a background in developing, supporting, or testing core banking systems on this robust platform, we want to connect with you.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

AS/400 RPG Developer (All Levels):

Design, code, test, and maintain RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, RPG ILE), CL, and DDS on the IBM i platform.

Work on core banking modules: loans, deposits, payments, transactions, and general ledger.

Integrate AS/400 applications with modern interfaces and databases using APIs, SQL, and web services.

Application Support Analyst (Banking Systems):

Provide Level 2/3 support for critical banking applications running on the iSeries.

Troubleshoot live issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in partnership with development teams.

Deep knowledge of banking processes and data flows is essential.

Performance Test Lead (Banking Domain)

Define performance testing strategy for large-scale banking transformation programs

Lead teams in designing and executing complex performance test scenarios for core banking, payments, and trading systems

Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations to architecture and infrastructure teams

Other roles that what We Look For (General Requirements):

Proven hands-on experience with the IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform within a Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech environment.

Technical proficiency in one or more of: RPG, RPG ILE, CL, COBOL, DB2/400, SQL.

Solid understanding of core banking processes, financial instruments, and regulatory compliance awareness.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for high-pressure production environments.

Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business teams.
