AS400 DEVELOPER_KUALA LUMPUR

Seeking an experienced AS/400 Developer with strong banking domain expertise in Payments and Loans to develop, enhance, and support core banking applications on IBM i (AS/400). Experience in Silverlake Core Banking is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400.
• Support Payments, Remittance, Fund Transfer, and Loan Management systems.
• Perform application enhancements, production support, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
• Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Support incident resolution and end-of-day banking processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of AS/400 (IBM i) development experience.
• Strong skills in RPG, RPGLE, CLP, SQLRPGLE, and DB2.
• Banking experience in Payments and Loans is mandatory.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, MQ, and batch processing.
• Good understanding of SDLC and production support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Silverlake Core Banking.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO20022, Remittance, and Core Banking operations.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance-related banking projects.
