We are looking for a Government Relations Manager to support the companys engagement with Government ministries, regulators, and industry bodies. This role helps ensure our business priorities align with the evolving landscape in the technology services sector and also ensure that we have visibility at the ministerial level on our business in the ASEAN countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant government agencies, ministries, trade associations, and industry stakeholders.
- Support in having the right connections with immigration authorities or similar bodies to ensure we have access to the right global talent
- Support advocacy strategies and represent the company in consultations, forums, and working groups.
- Prepare policy briefs, talking points, and recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams and identify the initiatives which provide us maximum visibility and business benefits
Qualifications
- At least 47 years experience in government relations (technology or consulting sector preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Have strong relationships in ministries / govt departments which are relevant for technology and consulting companies.
- High integrity, adaptability, and cross-cultural awareness.
