Asean Supply & Logistics - Trading Representative

Job Scope & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate shipments with suppliers, forwarders, and agents for timely delivery

2. Prepare and verify shipping documents, declarations for accuracy and compliance

3. Maintain accurate shipment records while monitoring and updating shipment or clearance status to support smooth operations.

4. Communicate shipment delays or issues to relevant stakeholders promptly

5. Coordinate customs clearance with forwarders and resolve shipment issues

6. Facilitate payment processes with suppliers, logistics partners, and accounts

7. Manage shipment cost allocation and perform monthly cost calculation

The role will mainly involve import/export operations, logistics coordination, documentation management,

and communication with suppliers and freight forwarders.

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Junior Executive - Trading Representative Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year in Supply Chain Management or related logistics field
• Trade / Logistics Executive - Trading Representative 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or related logistics field
• Knowledge of import and export processes
• Good communication skills with business-level English proficiency
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) with good computer literacy
• Ability of analysis and problem-solving skills, with good accuracy and attention to detail
