JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily assembly operations for engine mount production, including line setup, manpower allocation, workflow coordination, and adherence to production schedules.
- Develop and implement assembly processes, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures to ensure products meet design specifications and OEM standards.
- Supervise and mentor local staff, providing structured training programs on assembly techniques, equipment operation, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Lead knowledge transfer initiatives by sharing expertise on advanced assembly methods, process improvements, and technical troubleshooting with the local team.
- Facilitate technology transfer from experienced personnel to enhance the local workforce's ability to independently operate, maintain, and improve assembly processes.
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to increase output and reduce defects.
