JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for overall management and operation of the rubber mixing department for engine mount manufacturing, ensuring stable production, quality compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Develop, implement, and optimize rubber compound formulations and mixing processes to meet automotive engine mount performance requirements such as durability, vibration absorption, and heat resistance.
- Lead technology transfer and technical knowledge sharing from overseas manufacturing practices to the Malaysian production team to enhance local technical capability.
- Provide structured training, coaching, and skills development programs for local engineers, supervisors, and operators on rubber mixing technology, process control, and equipment operation.
- Establish and standardize rubber mixing parameters including temperature, mixing time, pressure, and material sequence to ensure consistent compound quality.
