Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Asset & Logistics Coordinator to manage

equipment logistics and asset tracking across our new global markets: India, Malaysia, Vietnam,

Argentina, and Colombia.

In these new regions, we are keen to connect with talents need who is able to step in and take ownership of equipment deliveries, recoveries, vendor coordination, and tracking. You'll be the go-to person to make sure new staff get the tools they need and that all assets are accounted for.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment & Asset Management

● Assign and track laptops, accessories, and other equipment for new hires and leavers.

● Maintain a central asset register—ensuring all data is current and accurate.

● Coordinate equipment recovery for resigned/terminated staff and damaged items.

● Ensure equipment is delivered on time, in good condition, and with proper

documentation.

Logistics Coordination

● Liaise with couriers and logistics vendors in India, LATAM, and Southeast Asia.

● Organize pickups and deliveries while monitoring for delays or failed handoffs.

● Source and manage local vendors where needed.

● Track costs and escalate recurring issues or risks.

SOP & Process Execution

● Follow and improve SOPs for onboarding/offboarding equipment processes.

● Ensure compliance with company IT and data security protocols.

● Support the Facilities & IT teams in upholding ISO standards for asset control.

Reporting

● Submit monthly reports on:

○ Total new hires vs. equipment delivered

○ Recovery rate of returned assets

○ Equipment loss or damage incidents

● Flag and troubleshoot issues that may impact the staff or client experience.

What We're Looking For

Experience

● 2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory coordination, admin support, or

IT/facilities roles.

● Experience in BPO, shared services, or fast-paced startups is a plus.

● Familiarity with logistics vendors and cross-border coordination is highly desirable.

Skills

● Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (for tracking and reporting).

● Very organized, process-driven, and comfortable working independently.

● Good written and verbal communication in English.

● Proactive mindset with a high sense of responsibility.
