Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client service and building strong relationships within the assigned portfolio of companies based on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery.
- Capable of handling all aspects of corporate secretarial duties and ensuring client entities statutory compliance and deliver quality service efficiently.
- Provide delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supervise and manage team members, while monitoring turnaround times and ensuring timely completion of tasks and statutory filings
- Groom, coach, and train staff to enable them to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.
- Identify team members strengths and weaknesses and work with them to develop competencies.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies such as Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, and other relevant authorities
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess CGI (ICSA) Qualification and is a member of MAICSA.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional firms/ private limited/ public listed companies experience.
- Must be familiar with Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements, Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance, etc.
- Good organizational skills in relation to documentation and work processes.
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, initiative, high integrity and able to work under strict deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
