Job Description

Asst Accountant Qualifications / Skills:
  • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
  • Auditing and rectifying account inconsistencies.
Monitoring banking activities made through the organisations account.
  • Competing daily and annual financial reports.
Ensuring that expenditures stay within budget.
  • Arranging internal and external financial checks.
Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
  • Create daily reports for management and team members.
Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
  • Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
  • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
Finish a bachelors degree and consider completing further study to become an Accountant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
