Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Accountant based in Subang Jaya. The Assistant Accountant will handle daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining financial records, and managing account reconciliations. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The role may also involve coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping, including experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Competency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
