Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • Perform any ad-hoc task required by the company

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
  • Must possess at least 1 year working experience in related field
  • Strong work ethics, good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to communicate with English averagely
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job
