Role Description The Assistant Architect will support the project team in the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting in design studies, coordinating with consultants, and helping to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves participating in client presentations, contributing to project documentation, and supporting basic project coordination tasks as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown, requiring close collaboration with the studio team and hands-on involvement in ongoing projects.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and visualizations.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and digital workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Project Management principles, including time management, task coordination, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5, or similar) and strong visual communication skills.
- Recognized degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification; eligibility or intent to pursue professional registration is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an on-site studio environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
