Assistant Branch Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, supporting the branch manager in strategic planning, monitoring performance metrics, implementing security protocols, and resolving operational challenges. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining service quality, and ensuring timely communications with stakeholders.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Experience in client relationship management and communication
• A solid understanding of security, safety, and risk management practices
• Proficiency in planning and implementing operational strategies
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the security industry
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and act swiftly in a crisis
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or risk management is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required; additional languages are a plus
