We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Assistant Brand Activation Manager to plan and deliver roadshows, exhibitions, product sampling campaigns and community events. This is an opportunity to lead high-visibility activation projects, collaborate with diverse partners and help strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement and product trial. The role sits within Marketing and reports to the Brand Manager.
Snapshot of the Role
As the Assistant Brand Activation Manager, you will coordinate end-to-end brand activation initiatives for QL Eggs, ensuring each activity is delivered effectively, within budget and in line with business objectives, company policies and brand guidelines.
What You'll Be Driven To Do
- Create memorable brand experiences through roadshows, exhibitions, product sampling activities and brand activation programmes.
- Lead community engagement initiatives and consumer outreach activities.
- Own activation delivery from planning and logistics to vendor coordination and on-ground execution.
- Manage promotional materials and budgets while keeping every activity on brand.
- Measure performance, capture insights and improve future activations.
- Build strong partnerships with agencies, vendors and event organisers.
- Take on other exciting marketing projects as needed.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand activation, event management, trade marketing or consumer marketing. Proven experience delivering consumer-facing events and activations.
- Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, retail or an event agency environment is an added advantage.
- Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence managing vendors, logistics, budgets and performance reporting.
- A hands-on, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends when required.
