The role is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of PUIG business in Malaysia. Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, driving a strategic plan to promote revenue, profitability, and growth for the PUIG business in Malaysia.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial & independent, possesses the ability to think strategically and analytically, and is personable.
- Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI's
- Manage brand A&P and P&L to ensure brand investments & ROI are maximized
- Work closely with demand planning team on forecasting future launches and monthly business needs
- Plan and execute commercial business plans with Brand Manager.
- Work with marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans from product launches and promotion mechanics to grow and build brands
- Develop e-commerce strategies to increase brand engagement and sales
- Develop, drive and execute brand merchandising guidelines & adhere across all different retail channel distribution
- Be hands on and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales, marketing, finance, and operations to achieve brand objectives
- Work closely with trade partners to ensure brands exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and well presented

- Degree in marketing or related business with at least 5 years in a reputable FMCG company or in retail managing a brand
- Candidate with prior experience managing skincare/fragrance brand an added advantage
- Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Bahasa)
- Team player, self-confident with strong leadership qualities
- Independent & Innovative, multi-task and good time management skills
- A go-getter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously
- Possesses strong skills in various office applications, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel proficiency
