Job Title: Assistant Case Manager

Location: Fully Remote (Malaysia-based)

Employment Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday, follow AU Time

About The Role:

We are seeking an Assistant Case Manager (Remote | Malaysia-based) on behalf of our client, an Australian government-certified aged care and disability service provider delivering person-centred, culturally inclusive support under the NDIS and Support at Home programs. Their services aim to help clients live safely and independently.

The Assistant Case Manager supports the aged care and disability team by providing day-to-day administrative assistance. The role involves maintaining client records, preparing service documents, coordinating appointments, liaising with clients and providers, and completing general administrative tasks to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to Case Managers.
  • Updating and maintaining client records and documentation in internal systems.
  • Assisting with the preparation of service agreements, care plans, and simple reports.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments or follow-ups as directed by Case Managers.
  • Liaising via email with clients and third-party providers to collect information and confirm services.
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support smooth service delivery and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in an administrative or coordination support role, preferably within aged care, disability, or a related sector.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and clear written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote working environment.

Salary

  • Salary range offered: RM3,500 to RM6,000 per month.
