Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in HQ, Taman Desa Kuala Lumpur for an Assistant Company Secretarial. The role involves assisting with corporate secretarial duties, including managing company records, preparing and reviewing statutory documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will also include organizing board and shareholder meetings, maintaining company registers, drafting resolutions, liaising with regulatory authorities, and supporting governance practices. Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in corporate secretarial practices, including maintaining statutory records and preparing resolutions and minutes
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian corporate laws, regulations, and governance requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with relevant office software and tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Secretarial, Law, or a related field, or a professional qualification such as ICSA
  • Experience in corporate secretarial operations and compliance in professional service firms is an advantage
