Job Description

  • Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes and statutory forms, Annual Return, filing Audited Financial Reports and all other works in connection with corporate secretarial practice for our clients.
  • Assist in proper maintenance of statutory books, administrative records, updating of registers and ensure proper filing system for secretarial documents.
  • Assist in submitting documents to the relevant authorities according to the deadline provided by the Acts.
  • Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.
  • Communicating with our clients.
  • Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients.
  • Assist in other secretarial administration work from time to time.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Adapt to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the manager.
  • Multitasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
  • Experience in using MBRS, MYCOID, and knowledgeable in accounting is an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in related field.
  • Reliable with a strong sense of integrity.
  • High level of commitment and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing statutory records and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders
  • Full-time position.
