We are a growing Company Secretary firm based in Petaling Jaya, providing professional corporate secretarial and advisory services to a broad range of clients

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary located in Petaling Jaya. The Assistant Company Secretary will assist in managing company secretarial duties, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and maintain company records. The role involves preparing and filing statutory returns, arranging and attending board meetings, taking minutes, drafting resolutions, managing share registers, and liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experienced
  • Company secretarial duties and compliance skills
  • Experience in preparing and filing statutory returns
  • Ability to arrange and attend board meetings, take minutes, and draft resolutions
  • Maintenance of company records and management of share registers
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with regulatory bodies and external auditors
  • Degree in Corporate Administration or equivalent is preferred
