Assistant Creative Media Trainer

Job Description:

• Assist the lead trainer in conducting digital creative classes for students with special needs.
• Guide students in developing their skills in digital art, digital illustration, graphic design, and animation.
• Provide individual guidance and support to students during practical lessons and creative projects.
• Assist in preparing teaching materials, class exercises, and student assignments.
• Monitor students learning progress and provide feedback to support their development.
• Support students in using digital creative software and completing their projects.
• Assist in maintaining a positive, patient, and supportive learning environment.
• Carry out other teaching-related duties as assigned by the lead trainer or management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Digital Art, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related creative field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio of digital artwork are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a strong digital art portfolio demonstrating creativity, artistic ability, and technical skills.
• Knowledge of digital illustration, graphic design, and animation software.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modelling is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Patient, responsible, and willing to work with students with special needs.
• Passionate about teaching and helping students develop their creative abilities.
• Willing to learn, adapt teaching approaches, and work collaboratively with the lead trainer.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
