Assistant Director, Finance

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of the monthly closing process in compliance with established guidelines. Address statutory reporting and audit obligations to meet the latest International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Participate in the budgeting and rolling forecast processes for the organization. Manage operational finance functions, including cash management, purchase requisitions, and fixed asset management. Foster a strong culture of corporate governance by collaborating with internal and external auditors to effectively resolve audit issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 10 years in managerial positions experience in healthcare finance is advantageous. Strong business acumen and the ability to engage stakeholders for improved outcomes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to manage stakeholders across various seniority levels. Detail-oriented, numerate, and proficient in analyzing complex data to craft clear and engaging narratives and action plans. Proven leadership skills with an ability to build and develop high-performing teams. Willingness to be hands-on when required, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
