JOB SUMMARY
This position will lead a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to execute & control site finance and accounting activities, support management team with accurate & timely information and maintain good relationship with the government.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train and manager a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to executive and control site finance and accounting activities.
- Maintain integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance to International Accounting Principles, Chinese local statutory requirements and Hi-P corporate policies.
- Handle local tax, foreign exchange, statutory audit, business regulations with compliance of local laws & regulations and minimize Hi-P statutory exposure.
- Support management team with accurate and timely financial and accounting information for decision making.
- Analyze financial information to reflect operational performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
- More than 8 years of financial management and operation experience in manufacturing industry
- Hands on experience on SAP or similar computerized accounting software.
- Good communication and inter- personal skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people.
- Effective work plan and priority management.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience in local financial management and operations in both India and Thailand
