- Monitoring expenses to ensure that the facility operates within budgetary constraints
Holding staff meetings to discuss patient status- Conducting employee evaluations that identify nurses strengths and areas of improvement
Making rounds to assess patient status and observe nurses
- Checking patient records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
