Responsibilities
1. Perform routine landscape maintenance, including weeding and clean-up.
2. Plant, prune and care for trees, flowers and other greenery.
3. Operate and maintain irrigation systems, ensure proper watering schedules.
4. Mow, trim and maintain the resort grounds to ensure they remain clean, well-kept and healthy.
5. Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.
6. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Assist with any additional agro-related tasks as directed by the operations team.
8. Clean restrooms, windows and common areas regularly.
9. Assist and monitor housekeeping tasks such as room cleaning, linen changes and inventory replenishment during high occupancy.
10. Support laundry operations including collecting, sorting and delivering clean linen.
11. Monitor cleanliness standards in guest areas and assist with room inspections to ensure readiness before guest check-in.
12. Support in delivering amenities or guest requests when needed.
13. Assist in the daily care of deer, including feeding, providing clean water, cleaning the enclosure, monitoring their health and behavior, ensuring safety of the area and interacting politely with guests who visit the enclosure.
14. Support resort operations when needed.
Requirements
1. Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and plant care.
2. Proficient in the safe use of landscaping tools and machinery.
3. Ability to perform planting, pruning and lawn maintenance.
4. Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.
6. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
7. Familiarity with animal care (especially for deer or similar animals) is an advantage.
8. Good communication and observation skills.
9. Ability to multitask and assist across departments as needed.
10. Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and time management.
11. Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
12. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
