Job Description
QUALIFICATION
- An associate degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and operation, often supported by coursework or practical training.
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and materials.
- Relevant certifications in areas such as CNC machining, metalworking, or safety training.
- Preferably possessed around 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- This experience can include:
- Operating and setting up press brake machine.
- Assisting with CNC programming and metal fabrication processes
- Engaging in quality control and inspection tasks
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of press brake machinery, metal fabrication processes, and materials.
- CNC Programming Skills: Familiarity with CNC programming and operation, including the ability to assist in writing and modifying programs.
- Drawing Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality control to ensure products meet specifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to assist in troubleshooting machine issues and optimizing processes.
- Communication Skills: Effective collaboration with team members and clean communication of technical information.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing production needs.
