Job Summary

Assist engineers in executing projects by coordinating tasks, supporting site supervision, preparing documentation, liaising with vendors, monitoring progress, and resolving site-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

Assist engineers in executing project tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate documentation to support project progress
Support site supervision by participating in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project standards
Prepare detailed reports, drawings, work records, and project updates to communicate progress and findings clearly
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project requirements and schedules effectively
Monitor project progress regularly and update documentation to reflect current status and changes
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving site-related issues promptly to minimize project delays

Job Requirements:
- ITE graduate from recognized institution.
- Polytechnic Diploma from recognized institution
- Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels.
- Prepare to work in construction environment occasionally.
