Job Description
- The role supports project activities by coordinating cross‑department workshops, training sessions, testing efforts, and maintaining structured project documentation.
- Contribute to process mapping by participating in discussions, providing practical input, and helping ensure processes are accurately captured and understood.
- The position involves developing strong system knowledge to assist users, troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and escalate more complex problems when needed.
- It also plays a part in promoting user adoption by communicating changes, gathering feedback, and supporting change management efforts.
- After launch, the role helps drive continuous improvement, supports enhancement initiatives, and contributes to broader IT or business projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
- The role requires 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, ERP systems, or business process support, along with exposure to ERP software and a willingness to build deeper expertise.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities are essential.
- The candidate must be able to document processes clearly and guide Key Users effectively.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn are important, especially for growing into an SME role.
- The position also expects readiness to expand into broader project management responsibilities over time.
