Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Event planning and event coordination

  • Responsible for job requisitions, ideation and new idea research
  • Source for event venue/items
  • Prepare event run-down & cue sheet
  • Monitor projects progress and budget.
  • Liaise with vendors, talent/influencers and venue registration
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate event status to all parties.
  • To prepare all the necessary documentations (eg. License application, insurance, work permit, confirmation order, delivery order and etc)

Post-mortem / Post event settlement

  • Create and maintain comprehensive event documentation, plans, reports and billing submission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management or related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, and result oriented personality with strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong event management skills and keen understanding of event management process and budget control
  • Experience or interest in the event/advertising industry would be advantageous.
  • Ability to handle stress and commitment to working hours as required to deliver events to a high standard
