Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will manage the housekeeping team to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Day-to-day tasks include supervising housekeeping operations, overseeing laundry workflows, coordinating training for housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory, and consistently delivering excellent customer service to meet guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the development and implementation of operational practices for efficient housekeeping services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Laundry management and operational efficiency
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
• Proficient Organization Skills to manage housekeeping schedules and inventory
• Capability in Training and mentoring housekeeping team members
• Detail-oriented and ability to meet high cleanliness standards
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
