Assistant Finance Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely completion of the consolidated financial and management reports for statutory and BOD reporting
• Manage the financial close and timelines for a complex group consolidation process
• Liaise with external auditors and internal business units for preparation and completion of statutory financial statements
• Review and implement accounting and financial processes, including the review of corporate transactions and documentation for compliance with Group accounting policies and accounting standards.
