Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Support decision-making processes by providing financial analysis and insights.
• Ensure proper internal controls and adherence to financial policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies for optimisation.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
