(Assistant) Finance Manager - MNC

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-spectrum finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.
• Lead accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with MFRS and Group accounting policies.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial analysis to support business growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drive performance.
• Lead postM&A financial integration, including aligning policies, reporting, systems, and processes across acquired entities.
• Support group-wide finance transformation, standardisation, and automation initiatives.
• Act as key liaison with auditors, tax agents, and regional/global finance teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience (5 years in Big 4/ Big 4 + Commercial).
• Regional experience is an advantage.
• Experience in FP&A, controllership, and business partnering roles.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, tax rules, and reporting standards.
• Prior experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in MNC or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese & English, including Putonghua.
