Assistant Finance Manager

Company: Our client is a Fintech / Mobile Application Platform

Reports to: Senior Finance Manager & Financial Controller

Work Location: Kota Bayuemas, Klang

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements, financial analysis, tax planning, and budgeting.
• Review work done by subordinates, guide/coach them in their respective job functions, and ensure smooth operation for timely reporting.
• Liaise with internal and external (i.e., management, internal/external auditor, tax consultant, company secretary, banker, etc.) stakeholders on related matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting, ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of related working experience with a managerial position.
• Candidates with audit experience will be an added advantage.
• Possess good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, committed, dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and result-oriented.
• Experience working in a Public Listed Company is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to the office based in Bangsar South on a weekly basis.
• Ability to start work immediately is an added advantage.
