PTP is looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant, Fleet & Shuttle Services. This role is responsible for supporting the daily coordination and administration of the company's fleet and employee shuttle operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services.

Role Overview
As an Assistant, Fleet & Shuttle Services, you will assist in the day-to-day management of company vehicles, shuttle services, driver coordination, and fleet administration. You will play an important role in maintaining operational efficiency, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Fleet & Shuttle Services function.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management
- Support the daily operation and utilization of the company's vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance, servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history.
- Assist in monitoring fleet operating costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Shuttle Services Coordination
- Assist in planning and scheduling employee shuttle services.
- Coordinate transportation requests and respond to operational requirements.
- Monitor shuttle route efficiency, driver performance, and service quality.
- Support the continuous improvement of shuttle operations and resource utilization.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure fleet operations comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to vehicle insurance, road tax, accidents, and regulatory compliance.
- Support initiatives to promote safe driving practices and operational excellence.
Driver Administration
- Assist in coordinating driver schedules, attendance, and daily assignments.
- Support the arrangement of relief or replacement drivers when required.
- Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet and shuttle performance reports.
- Maintain records for fuel cards, vehicle stickers, and operational documentation.
- Support procurement activities and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of digital tools, telematics systems, and process improvements.
- Assist in maintaining information security and IT compliance requirements related to fleet operations.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Logistics
- Transportation Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration
- Or any related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation coordination, or administrative support.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems or telematics platforms is an added advantage.
