Senior Commercial Leader - Glove Manufacturing & Global Markets

You will be working for a glove manufacturer as an AGM / GM.
Your new role
- Oversee end-to-end commercial operations for the glove manufacturing business, including sales strategy, export market development, and ensuring profitability across the full process from latex and chemical procurement to production, packaging, and logistics.
- Drive operational performance and turnaround improvements by working closely with senior leadership, maintaining high standards, and ensuring fast-paced execution under a disciplined, detailoriented culture.
- Collaborate directly with top management in a confidential, high-stakes environment - including preparing strategic responses, market insights, and business plans for CEO level review.
- Lead and mentor the existing sales and commercial team (SM, ASM, CSE, Snr Marketing Exec), while stabilising performance, strengthening processes, and supporting upcoming expansions of related products.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong background in the glove industry or related upstream/downstream latex / glove manufacturing, with clear understanding of cost structures, margins, chemicals/latex supply, production flow, and export markets.
- Proven ability to operate in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment and strong commercial ownership.
- Experience managing full commercial operations, capable of addressing toptier leadership (CEO-level), and comfortable being evaluated through structured strategic questions and marketoriented assessments.
- Mandarin speaker due to the clientele's background. Must possess strong leadership maturity, resilience, and readiness to step into roles ranging from Senior Manager to GM depending on capability.
