Optimise production processes to improve overall efficiency.

Develop and Implement operation strategies.

Enforce adherence to safety protocols and promote a safety-conscious culture.

Plan and monitor operating budgets to optimise resources and achieve quality, output and manufacturing standards.

On-going identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement among the manufacturing team.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's manufacturing objectives, including setting production targets, cost reduction initiatives, and quality improvement plans.

Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements at all times

Develop and plan for plant automation

REQUIREMENTS: -

Bachelor Degree in Engineering of Chemical / Mechanical/ or equivalent.

10 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry.

Experienced (QMS) quality management system in a manufacturing environment.
