Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, traveling arrangment and meeting
  • Manage Director personal stuff and dealing with relevant parties
  • Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by Director

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Willing to travel
  • Good communication and management skill
  • Pleasant personality, hardworking, work-commitment,Ttme management and ability to work independently
  • Have car license
  • No health problem, Healthy Physical and Mentally, High Energy, Positive Mindset
  • Attendance and punctuality
