Job Description

  • Support in HR operations from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Support in performance reviews and development programs.
  • Managing compensation and benefits of employees is not limited to payroll, leave management, employee benefits and etc.
  • Support in regulatory reports and any other compliance reports.
  • Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly report and provide valuable insights in analysis.

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical data skills.
