Were hiring a Personal Assistant / Admin at Igloo APAC

At Igloo APAC, were building one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in Web3. Im looking for a Personal Assistant / Admin to work directly with me and help keep everything moving as we expand across Asia.

This is not just a back-office role. Youll have a front-row seat to high-level projects, global events, and partnerships while making sure the fundamentals run smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage my schedule, meetings, and calls
  • Handle travel bookings for flights, hotels, and events (around 40 trips a year)
  • Prepare and organize documents such as invoices, contracts, and payslips
  • Research and prepare briefs for meetings and partners
  • Track team updates while I am traveling
  • Keep things organized across multiple projects and deadlines

What were looking for:

  • Strong skills with spreadsheets, docs, and modern software tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
  • Proactive and resourceful with a solutions-first mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly

This role is for someone who wants to grow, learn, and be part of something bigger. Youll gain exposure to Web3, global brand building, and large-scale events while ensuring I can focus on driving the vision forward.
