Responsibilities
The main role of this position is communication and problem solving with Royal Malaysian Customs Officer.
- Manage customs clearance processes at all Royal Malaysian Customs Office branches.
- Attend to customs queries, if any, and notify the Coordinator, Customer Service. Escalate unresolved issues to the immediate superior.
- Attend shipment examinations as instructed by Customs Officers.
- Handle truck endorsement (truck sealing) procedures for K8 shipments.
- Verify and validate shipment status via the ALDEC system prior to handing over customs forms to the relevant department or direct customers.
- Collect cheques from the Finance Department upon notification from the relevant department, either for customs duty payments or customs compounds.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications
- Minimum SPM (Pass) or with minimum two (2) year's working experiences in logistics industry.
- Knowledge of the Customs Management System would be an advantage.
- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
