Job Description

  • Review and approve bills for all outlet entities, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
  • Perform supplier reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Supervise the AP team to ensure proper and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Monitor aging reports to ensure timely supplier management.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audit and tax documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen AP controls.
