We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join in the role of
Assistant Manager Business Development.
Principal Responsibilities
- Implementation and execution to ensure the growth of Premier segment
- Organize networking event and partnership event to identifying and develop relationships with potential prospect
- Deepen relationship with clients including pitching and keep clients update on latest proposition
- Identify potential LGs and to on-board the LGs in referral programme to expand business opportunities
- Execute strategic plan to maximize growth of affluent segment through collaboration with internal sales teams to identify potential corporate clients to explore business opportunities
- Establish contact with company HR or decision-makers to expand acquisition opportunities ie arrange roadshow at the corporate office and arrange with internal sales team for roadshow support
- Accountable as key presenter in delivering the bank's proposition in key events and provide the right level of support including product briefings to customers in partnership with team members
Qualifications
- University Degree in any field
- Min 2 years experience in business development, partnerships event or customer acquisition
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong networking, communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive business growth
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills during roadshow or events
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
