Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamicAssistant Manager Business Developmentto grow and manage both ourdealerandB2B customer networksacross Malaysia. The role requires a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, maintain good relationships, and contribute to overall sales growth through strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and B2B clients
- Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners and corporate clients
- Monitor sales performance and support partners in achieving their sales targets
- Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities and trends
- Plan and execute business development strategies, including sales campaigns and promotional programs
- Work closely with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Attend industry events, roadshows, and client meetings across different regions in Malaysia
- Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to management
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 24 years experience in business development, B2B sales, or channel management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel across Malaysia for client meetings and dealer engagement
- Experience in electronic industry is an added advantage
