General Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
- Create and maintain data models and data sources in Power BI.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the integration of Power BI solutions with other systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new Power BI features to continuously improve the organization's business intelligence capabilities.
- Manage Power BI security and access controls.
Functional skills and knowledge :
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX formulas, data modeling, and visualization techniques
- Experience in creating and managing data sources, gateways, and reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data governance policies and procedures is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications in Power BI are highly desirable.
- Good communication in English.
