Job Description

General Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain data models and data sources in Power BI.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the integration of Power BI solutions with other systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new Power BI features to continuously improve the organization's business intelligence capabilities.
  • Manage Power BI security and access controls.

Functional skills and knowledge :

  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX formulas, data modeling, and visualization techniques
  • Experience in creating and managing data sources, gateways, and reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data governance policies and procedures is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power BI are highly desirable.
  • Good communication in English.
