Northport is seeking a dynamic and structured Assistant Manager, Business Transformation to drive transformation initiatives, business case development and cross-functional execution across the organisation.
This role is not limited to digital implementation it focuses on end-to-end business transformation, financial evaluation, governance and performance impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Business Transformation initiatives, including cost optimisation and revenue enhancement programmes.
- Develop and evaluate business cases, including feasibility studies, ROI, IRR and financial analysis.
- Support Product Development and strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Plan, monitor and track project milestones, risks and performance outcomes.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical / operational teams.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for Management and Board review.
- Ensure transformation initiatives comply with governance frameworks (ISO, ABMS, HSSE and internal policies).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive structured implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related discipline.
- 58 years experience in business transformation, project management, consulting, digital implementation or corporate planning.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Comfortable operating in multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior management engagement.
- Experience in infrastructure, logistics, port or industrial environments is an advantage.
